On March 20, 2024, the UK Government introduced a bill to Parliament outlining measures to protect future generations from the harms of smoking. If the bill is passed into law, from Jan 1, 2027, anyone born on or after Jan 1, 2009, will never be able to be legally sold tobacco products.
