[Correspondence] Incorporating absolute effects to enrich interpretation of findings from meta-analyses – Authors’ reply

We thank Jing Wu and colleagues for their Correspondence about our Article1 that emphasised the importance of considering both relative and absolute effect when interpreting a network meta-analysis. We are in total agreement with their arguments, which apply to network meta-analyses, standard meta-analyses, and individual randomised trials.
