Lancet Oncol 2023; 24: e472–518—In this Commission, the spelling of authors Syed Nabeel Zafar, Enrique Bargallo-Rocha, Isabel T Rubio, and T Peter Kingham’s names were incorrect. In addition, Heber Salvador de Castro Ribeiro’s affiliation should have been “Department of Abdominal Surgery, AC Camargo Cancer Center, São Paulo, Brazil”, and Eman Sbaity’s affiliation should have been “Division of General Surgery, Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, American University of Beirut, Beirut, Lebanon”.
