A 62-year-old female patient presented to Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (Taoyuan, Taiwan) in November, 2023, with a 2-week history of painful annular skin rash on both legs. She had been diagnosed with rectal cancer (clinal stage T3N3M1) 3 years previously. She had undergone radical proctectomy 2 years ago and received oral regorafenib 80 mg daily for 1 year.
