A 41-year-old woman, who never smoked, was transferred to the intensive care unit of Sultan Qaboos Comprehensive Cancer Care and Research Centre (Muscat, Oman) on a ventilator in April, 2022. On the basis of her symptoms and chest CT (figure), the patient was suspected of having pneumonia and interstitial involvement.
