[Correspondence] Adjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer – Authors’ reply

We thank Sezin Yuce Sari and colleagues for their interest and comments regarding our Article.1 We too were disappointed that adjuvant chemotherapy after chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer did not improve overall survival in OUTBACK. We disagree that these findings are explained by patient selection, outdated radiotherapy, or non-adherence to adjuvant chemotherapy.
