[Correspondence] Enhancing equity and long-term impact assessments in radiotherapy environmental studies

We read with great interest the recent Article by Katie E Lichter and colleagues on the environmental impact of radiotherapy and associated health effects.1 This Article considerably advances our understanding of the environmental footprint of essential cancer treatments. However, we believe the study’s methods and conclusions could be further refined to enhance its applicability and impact.
